Stargate Atlantis ficlet: never been afraid to die, and not afraid to live

Jan 19, 2008 21:54

never been afraid to die, and not afraid to live [Stargate Atlantis, Ronon/Keller, PG-13, 625 words, spoilers for 4x13 - Quarantine. Written for Porn Battle V, prompts words: lockdown, protection. But not porny.]

It's been a long time, and it's strange, this mixture of protect and want. Ronon's almost forgotten how it goes. )

fiction: stargate atlantis, fiction, fandom: stargate atlantis

Heheheee... I *love* Jewel Staite (sp?) and I *love* Ronon so smishing them together? NOT A HARDSHIP AT ALL!!!

*does the dance of new smooshy pairing*

(...and you know? Keller would be exactly like his wife that died that was a doctor (or medico of some description) and small and cute with brown hair... are we seeing a theme here...?)

I need to make myself a Ronon icon - it's wrong that I don't have one. And I'm glad to finally have a canon het pairing on SGA that I really love.

And yes, definitely a theme.

*sighs happily* lovely little snippet. Ronon and Keller are so cute--with just that hint of oddity and strangeness to the pairing that makes this ficlet really sweet, too.

Thank you!

And yes, I agree completely with your description of the two of them. I now wonder why I never thought of them before.
