And hee, my fifth is on Tuesday. Although this is my second lj - I started my rl lj about a month before. Which anniversary I forgot to notice.

Wow, we started up that close in time? We're practically fannish twins or something. For some reason, I tend to assume everyone's been around longer than me.

Hee! But actually, when I started my fannish lj, fandom was just beginning to use lj - at least, HP fandom was. Things were primarily on mailing lists, still. I started up a project to collect donated lj invite codes (remember them?) and give them to HP fanauthors and fanartists.

I think the first people I friended were ellen_fremedon and luthien.

I remember LJ invite codes - I wanted one, but didn't like to ask the one person I knew on LJ! That's why I bought my two months paid time to start me off. Prior to getting an LJ, I mostly hung around on Yahoo message boards - LJ seemed so much nicer and more intimate in comparison.

The first two people I friended were acampbell and a_fallen_sister (under a prior LJ name).
