I went back and watched a little bit of that episode today, so that I could get the picture I wanted and just to see them together. And yes, I liked, a lot!! And I'd like that sort of scene even more now with the new dynamic between them.

The episode in which Lex teaches Lana self defence is 2.19 - Precipice (though this story is set in the middle of S5).

Yes. This is a Lana that I love to see, strong and fierce underneath her soft exterior. This is a Lana that I could easily see Lex liking.

I think there is a lot of this side of Lana on the show. It just gets swamped at times by dodgy plotlines!

Seriously, I love your Lana. If your Lana was what we saw every week, I'd start watching SV again. Although, if your Lana was on SV we'd probably all melt into a puddle from watching your Lexana fics reinacted on screen for us. Mmmm.... ;)

Actually, I was basing this on S5 Lana - extrapolating a bit from where she is now, but not much. Well, the sex bit certainly hasn't happened, but Lana as someone who goes for what she wants, who doesn't want to be wrapped in cotton wool, that's certainly S5 Lana.

In case you can't tell, I'm LOVING S5!!
