ohh, hmm, hmm, well, i'd love some more bell x1, but i think i'd like an icon more :). despite the fact that i just uploaded four more icons this weekend and am once again at my upper limit.
a harry icon would be lovely; i'd prefer a happy one, but it's up to you, really.
The paint streaks are actually textures which I masked. I then used brushes on the mask (mostly stock wet media brushes) to show the sections I wanted. And then I usually duplicated the layer and set the top one on colour burn or soft light or some other blend, depending on the effect I was after.
Hope that's clear, and I'm glad you like the effect.
