Oxford Union Debate "This House wil not fight for King and Country"

This is a famous Oxford Union debate of 1933 which I've heard about many times, but I've never heard the full story. Does anyone know the details ? Are there minutes available on internet, who the speakers were, what did they propose etc ? Actually, I'd be curious to know about Oxford Union political debates of that time (1930-1941)..
