Question:
So you've got Christmas in ChristmaHanukwanzakah
and Hanukuh-or-however-the-hell-you-spell-it in ChristmaHanukwanzakah
and then Kwanza in ChristmaHanukwanzakah...
But why is Hanukuh mentioned twice when Christmas is the dominate holiday in America...???????

this is simple...
It makes it sound cooler...
and christmas is almost spelled out...
so there's not much else to put... =/
