I've also got problems sleeping at night. Often, I'll wake up at 2-3 am and only manage to get back to sleep at 5.30-6 so when it's time to start the day my body wants to sleep some more. Last night was quite bad, for example.
I've never had a good sleep cycle. They say it's because I was a preemie who spent the first 3 month of her life under full light 24/7.
I've been making sure not to work late and be in bed by 10-10.30 since school started but it's not worked yet (I fall asleep ok but wake up, etc.). Admittedly, stress doesn't help. It'll all get better, one day. :)

Mind you, with a school-age child, a house to run, a job and moving I reckon anyone would be tired!
