so i feel just feel, really good about myself. i suppose its from all the exercise i got today. 2 hours worthhh. i was there from 750-9:45 working out. 8-9 as with my trainer-andrew, who btw i absoluetly love. hes really really nice, and motivates me to, you know, like hold the weight longer, and that kinda stuff. he really knows what hes doing. im
