P.S. I've noticed a funny little thing about these fairy tales. Whoever started telling them must have had something against tailors and farmers; they tend not to be portrayed in the friendliest of manners.

I have noticed a tendency for the poor (but stunningly beautiful) peasant girl to marry the king or prince and live happily ever after. Likewise with the poor (but noble and cunning) boy to marry the beautiful princess and live happily ever after. I like it though.
I also like how simply they are. You're not trying to keep track of ten characters through four plot twists at a time. It's kind of refreshing. I especially liked The Riddle.
And yes, I'm going to study physics on vacation. But Sam may beat me to it, and read the book while I'm finishing the fairy tales. :)

I've loved reading fairy tales for August, but what's the story for September? A novel? Perhaps a play? An epic poem? A sonnet? A limerick? Something?! :-) What thinkest thou?
