So if there's 24 hours in a day and something is open 24 hours on a certain day, you shouldn't be able to find it closed on said day. So if Perkin's is open 24 hours Friday and Saturday, getting there at 1am on Friday shouldn't stop people from entering. Yet it did. But I finally got some Taco Bell, first time in over 2 months after having it

Which Perkins? The one on Collins road is not a 24 hours perkins, but if the Perkins on 33rd was closed then that is odd.
