lovely! when you say "what we're going to be doing," does that mean you don't have any right now? (hard to imagine) or you're unhappy with your current provider and looking at switching? (seems more likely from context)

*happy smile* thank you! mostly i'm good at swiping nifty ones from other people; if you look at the "list all icons" pages you'll see where i found most of 'em. the only one i really put any effort into was evil willow... because everybody needs more evil willow. :)

Ouch! Is it a Time Warner cable modem or one you bought? I bought a cable modem myself because they told me it would be $5/month less if I owned my own modem and then when they set it up they told me they'd just done away with that! :-(

it's theirs. that kind of bait & switch is the reason i've become obnoxious about getting any kind of special deal in writing... too many companies out there seem to be all too willing to lie to you to get your business.
