Just an update.

Yesterday Allyra started calling me Mummy properly when she wanted something. I was so excited because she says it in this really funny way. She even started calling out Daddy to Dean. I was totally wrapped about it. We were all sitting at the table eating tea last night and Allyra was dancing and singing 'yum yum' every time I gave her a mouthful

That's very cute. I wish the boys still called me mummy. Even Jack only says Mum.

Sierra has just begun callign me "Mum mum" and when she's mad at me she screams "May may" (her homecare providers name).

I hope your friend doesn't have her baby before the shower either. My shower was planned 3 weeks before I was due - and lo and behold - Sierra mad her grand entrance a month early. I showed up to my shower with my week old preemie. It shocked the crap out of everyone!
