The fact that it's Valentine's Day means nothing to Zordon, really. There have been too many holidays in too many countries on too many planets over far too much time for him to keep track of them in any capacity further than the way they affect the class schedule. "I did," says Zordon. "A transmission was received very early this morning and appears to be intended for you. An urgent transmission. It seems to be Peacekeeper -- I believe you know what that means."

For a second Aeryn really wants to believe that this isn't what she thinks it is, but that's just self-delusional and won't help anything. So instead she just nods and says, "I do."

Zordon silently studies her reaction for a few moments, and approves of her stoicism. "This Captain Crais wishes you to know that you are being reassigned. Effective immediately, if I understand the transmission correctly, and a transport will be sent for you Thursday morning. I trust you will have all necessary business in order before then?"

That's quite the loaded question. She nods, not even realizing she's been holding her breath. "Yes, sir. Is there anything else?"

He's not sure whether she'll actually take this advice, but he's seen enough of teenagers to know how they react to sudden changes in their midst. "Only one thing. Bear in mind: people may need closure. Give it to them, if you can. And take care of yourself, Aeryn Sun."

Even coming from a head in a tube, those are heavy words. "Thank you, sir," she says, swallowing, and leaves the office.
