I always look at this show at some light-hearted fun. Nothing ever too serious. I did enjoy the season premiere, although I am not sure how I am going to like the new Jerry (?) character. I think that character is a little TOO out there for my liking. But, time will tell. I guess it depends upon how much they use him. I was hesitant about the new character introduction last season and I ended up really liking him, especially his rapport with Steve.

H5-0 is a fun show for me also, I don´t go looking for the drama when I tune into the show.

You`re not the only one concerned about Jerry. He is a great character, that can get on everyones (MY) nerves really quick, if used too much, for no real reasons.

I hope they`ll not overuse him, as well as all the other characters that are not part of the *core* team. Because that`s what I want to see. Steve & Danny & Kono & Chin in action, not pushed to the sideline because of someone else.
