I think this should be a bit of a wake up call to the people in the US about gun laws, lest just examin the facts here..

On the topic of hardcore stupidity, I thought it was rather humourous (read: fucking retarded and disheartening) that no more than 3 hours after news had broke, Jack Johnson had already blamed video games.

A gun-free campus caused the problem? Wow, so maybe he'd only kill say, nine people before some other psycho took him out, which is SO much better than nobody having the potential to rapidly murder at all. The problems in that logic are staggering.

On a lighter, more horrible note (you might want to lock this entry or screen this comment) you know what I thought as soon as I heard that the killer used to write disturbing, ultra violent plays for his creative class? My mind went straight to Raphael! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!! GOOD GOD! I'll be sitting innocently in my next English tute and suddenly I'll hear this JACKHAMMER powering up outside...

Not just weird but scary, yeah.
How many times during a school shooting has another student had a gun on hand with which to stop the massacre? None. Why? Because well adjusted people don't carry guns regardless of gun laws. Fucking idiots.

It reminds me of the "wise woman" skit in Blackadder when he's in love with "bob" (who is a woman passing as a man) and goes to get a solution and he gets three options:
1. kill bob (hmm no, whats 2?)
2. Kill yourself (eehhh..no, whats 3?)
3. Dont kill bob, dont kill yourself (yes yes, this is good) KILL EVERYONE ELSE IN THE WORLD! (ah..right)
