PT on Thursday was fun but painful. We usually do combatives (Army hand to hand combat taining) on Thursdays and this time we did arena. Everyone stands in a circle and two people go at it in the middle. The winner stays, the looser leaves. So the new challenger has teh advantage, they haven't just fought a match.
