why is he so familiar? she sets down her journal -- which, if he's observant, has her name in small writing on a corner of the cover -- and gives his shirt a tug.
do you know who I am? but she doesn't know how to speak. she gives his shirt another tug and simply makes a sound -- an oddly guttural sound, the kind of sound you make when you don't know how to form words. it sounds upset, but her expression doesn't change much. ]
