From building two you're going to want to go down the road until you hit a fork, then go down the fork with the houses on it. They should be fifteen through nineteen. After that you'll hit another fork at House 27, go in the direction of the bridge that time. Keep going straight and you should hit the square; the grocery's on the far side from the entrance to it.

You're new here, aren't you? Goodness, you're proactive. We generally have to go scouting the woods for New Feathers, but you've found your way here on your own.

I'm Martel, I run the local New Feather Integration Center. The "Welcome Center", if you will. It's... the building with all the balloons. [If you're any good at reading tones of voice, you can tell the balloons was not her idea.] If you'd like to stop by, we can give you a warm meal, some dry clothes, and help in finding wherever it is you'd like to go.

Apparently it happens every month. I only got here last month, so... But there are people who've been here a long time, and a lot of them are very nice. So they've got places set up for us 'New Feathers.'
