But there's a piano in the Inn, and now and then she just HAS to play, so she's sitting on the bench, making her way through Moonlight Sonata, and that's the kind of thing River's sure to notice, isn't it?

"That's wonderful," she says with a bright smile. She's somewhat tempted, as she is whenever she hears any music at all, to get up and dance. But so far, she's managed to resist the temptation.

"Training isn't everything," she settles on. "It's still pretty great."

Life is still confusing. She still wants to start using again. She's still heartbroken over losing Roger. But for this moment, she's happy.

Still, it's nice to see a smile on April's face, even a little one, even if it's not really April's face.
"You look happy," she says, loud enough to travel but not to disturb too many other people around them.
