Carla can't help but to practically walk up and hug JD. She's overwhelmed with happiness for her friend.

"Bambi, I'm so happy for you..." Carla is glad she came to the Inn when she did, because she would've missed this. Would've missed mending things with April and... and this! "It was lovely, it really was."

She's trying to mask the fact that she cried during the ceremony, but, well, some things are just a bit obvious.

April squeals happily and hugs Carla the moment she lets go of JD. "Oh, good, you made it! I mean, you'll get to go to the one back home, obviously, but I'm so glad you could be here for this one!"

This is the real wedding, in April's mind. Everything else is just a fancy party.

JD is equally happy that Carla is here for this one too, because in his mind, this is the real wedding. It began in the Inn, of course, the real wedding would happen in it.

Screw legal documents.

He's smiling at April and Carla hugging. It's good to see them being friendly again.

"I'm so happy you were here for this, Carla."

Carla hugs April tightly, and when she pulls away merely to have to hug her again, overwhelmed with happiness for them both. "Since I was here, nothing could've made me miss it. I'm so happy for you both..."

She's smiling so wide and really, she's excited. It isn't long at all before she'll be doing this, too. And God, she hopes they're there, too.

"Your dress is gorgeous April..."

She's so happy for them both, she doesnt even know what to say.

Vida is beaming, beyond pleased with both the results of her efforts, and the joyous occasion she just witnessed.

"Congratulations to you both," she says, brushing a kiss against JD's cheek and hugging April.

JD, upon inspecting his pockets later, will find a certificate for a Hawaiian getaway.

"The Inn looks amazing, Vida! Thank you so much!" JD grins, widely, and then his expression grows rather serious as he gives her a meaningful look. "Really... thank you. For everything."

He doesn't really have the words to express how much what she's done for him means.

"You're worth it, darling. Never doubt that," she says softly, holding his hand briefly.

JD flushes very lightly and squeezes her hand, unsure of how to respond.

He smiles. "I won't."

Or at least, he'll try his very best not to.
