The curly-haired man who was half asleep on the couch smiles and moves over when he sees her coming. Her need is greater.

Kaylee smiles at him gratefully. "I'm real sorry, but I don't think I could get up to my room just at the moment. Don't mean to be a bother, though."

Guppy smiles. "No problem, I don't think I was going to doze off anyway."

Glancing down at the bump. "Somewhere between five and seven months?"

"A little over six," Kaylee says, and laughs a little. "You a doctor? I know the type, my Simon's a doctor. Best doctor I ever met."

Juliet is sitting on the ground by the fireplace, her knees up against her chest. She looks up when Kaylee sits down and she smiles warmly.

"Hello."

Now that the nightmares are over, Juliet's starting to get a better grip on herself, starting not to define herself so much in who and what she has lost.

"Hey there," Kaylee says, friendly as ever, if a little breathless. "How are you, sweetie?"

"I am quite well, thank you." Juliet turns so that she faces Kaylee. "How are you? Are you due to deliver very soon?"

Kaylee giggles a little. "Well, not for a couple'er three more months yet. But soon, yeah."
