As Joan steps into the Inn, she stumbles a little. It's no big deal, she's just a little... dizzy. Even if God did tell her she should go to the hospital. Multiple times. ...As multiple Gods. All at once

JD is mostly recovered from the flu thanks to Vida. At least, he's not running a fever anymore so he figures it's safe to come downstairs. He's really going to leave soon too.
Really.
But before he can think about walking through the door, Joan stumbles through it. He still knows her as the girl who pretended to be a messenger from God, but the sight of her is enough to draw concern from him.
"Hey, are you okay?" JD is proud his voice only cracks a little from lack of use this time! Score!
JD frowns, easily slipping into doctor mode, despite how long it's really been since he worked. He puts his hand to her forehead to check to see if she has a high temperature.
"If you haven't eaten much today, you're going to want something more substantial than chocolate to fill you. Is it just feeling dizzy? Or are there any other symptoms?"
Joan raises her eyebrows when he puts his hand on her forehead, but doesn't make any comment on it. He just seems rather... business-like. It makes her reluctant to resort to sarcasm.
"Well, I might be going crazy. But that's not exactly unusual for me." ...Okay, maybe not all sarcasm... She eyes him for a moment, and then asks, "Are you a doctor?"
Because yeah, there are some other things she could tell him, but not unless he is a doctor. And maybe talking to him will satisfy God without the whole... going to the hospital thing.
Ah. So God had been telling Joan to go to the hospital.
This couldn't bode well.
"I don't think it's just that, sweetie," Cecily says, worried, and sits down next to her. "I've seen people 'just lacking food and sleep', and they don't look this sick."

And seeing things.
"It's no big deal, probably just that I haven't eaten much today."
And see, she's taking care of that! ...Okay, with chocolate, but maybe it's a blood sugar issue?

Cecily was over at the bar, having a drink, and... well, she doesn't like this. Joan does not look good.
"Hey, kiddo. You look awful, you okay?"

She pauses, considering Cecily. "At least you're not doing the creepy twin girl God thing, because let me tell you, that was weird. Very The Shining."
