[Introspection] Breaking chains with a breakdown

I'll let you in on a little secret. I'm a crybaby. I like to think that I don't look like it but I get mixed reactions when I say that. A friend told me that because I'm so "tough" or "headstrong" that it doesn't take much to send me over the edge.

I have to say that I did go over the edge and probably beyond it too this weekend. I felt the cracks
