My apologies that I have not been about the house lately except to collapse into bed next Zach or listen to albums with Theo after smoking that lovely pipe of his. It is not at all forward of you to owl- in fact, I find your ambition to begin work at the Estate most refreshing.
I shall be occupied for most of Saturday, but I do believe I shall be about in the evening, if you would like to speak then? I'll make a point of finding you. Isn't it funny how people can all live in the same house and not run into one another?

Saturday evening sounds fine. Turns out I'll be running errands north of London most of the day, but will be home in the afternoon barring any complications.
Can't wait to hear more about the Estate - it does sound beautiful from the words around town.
