Holy shit, that's really hard to read. But okay, my try, sometimes it's just guessing, ne.
First line: タメ暑　見云
Second line: 中　上げます.
Third line: 暑へ(or い not sure it looks more likeへbut this い would make more sense)　が　きますが.
Last line: 　体に気を付けて下さい

There's something in front of the 体, ne, were you able to make that out? Someone on the Japanese comm said it might be a version of 「御」 oO" xD ... I love Japanese XD

Love Japanese, hate their handwritings x3333 I really do wonder if they're actually able to read their own, like, after a couple of months have gone or something, say, they find a little note they scribbled something on really quickly... I mean it can get hard enough with roman letters, ne, But if you add 漢字．．．oO
