No shit... it's also pretty hilarious, as snakelegs was pointing out earlier tonight, that these are in nine or ten other cities for what, the past week? Everyone there either got it, heard about it, or somehow managed to not collectively lose their shit over it. But not Boston, oh no...

I mean, did you catch the part where, after they _detonated_ one of them, they found "electronic parts" that were "consistent with the detonator of an IED"? Suuuuuuuuure. Anything to justify pissing away a mind blowing amount of money over a glorified Lite-Brite.

Yeah, "detonated"... I had to do a double take there. Checking the official definitions, it simply means to blow the shit out of. But as most people will read that, "it was in a state such that it was ready to explode, and we set it off in a controlled fashion."
