I fear for the next generation

Our kids are going to have ready access to computers and printers.

Just think of the bad, angstful teenage poetry that they'll be able to save to re-read when they're 34.

Maybe they'll be wiser than their parents.

Actually, you know, I think I have some old files floating around from highschool somewhere, with some writing assignments in them. Hmm.

When we cleaned our basement out a month or so ago, I very deliberately threw out everything that remained of my teenage years. To the incinerator with you, embarassing journal entries!

I didn't throw out absolutely everything, but I threw out 90% of it.

What hurts worst is knowing my parents read this stuff. Oy.
