BTDT only recently with some architectural firm who was sending somebody's designs to my house for approval. I put it in the mail with "WRONG ADDRESS" written across it, and they sent it back to me. So I called the number next to the return address, and they started acting like I was giving them a big hassle, so I told them I'm throwing it out and anything else they send me will follow it into the dustbin.
