I made that observation when I posted the video on Monday (not embedded tho -- posted the tweet about the video) and yes it is -- Laurence Dobiesz confirmed it on Twitter.

Oh. Man I missed that. Wait... oh I saw the post and I don't think I put it together because I can never get onto TVLine without my browser crashing.

It was hard to tell in the video or image what he looked like exactly.
