Who: Wyatt & Whoever
Where: Wyatt's Office
When: January 26th,  8:00 pm
What: Unsettling discovery.

On top of Wyatt's not so organized desk, taped to the very front of any paperwork was an article with a note attached, one that simply read.
'We have problems.'

Cain entered his office and found DG at his desk. She was frowning, the little 'I want' line between her brows showing.

"What's wrong darlin'?" He silently prayed she hadn't found what was in the back of the top left hand drawer. I was locked, but...

He came around to stand beside her and looked down.

"Oh. I think we should bring your mother's friend in and ask her a few questions. Would you mind being in the observation room? I need to know if there's magic... say a glamour involved."

But there was no way he wanted DG in the same room. There would be guards with her. They might be dealing with Zero's fae. She had used glamours on herself and Zero.

"I'm not sure," She admitted as her eyes turned upwards towards him before glancing down at the pictures, it was too much alike to be a coincidence of look alike, too much. Especially with the article saying that Andromache was a skilled fighter.

With a nod of her head she glanced up at him, "Sure. When do you want to ask some questions?" DG had stood up by now, glancing down at the two pictures curiously, all thoughts of pouncing on him gone. This was a little more important then having an intimate moment on his desk. Just a little.

"Two hours," Cain responded. "An hour to find her and bring her to interrogation, and an hour to stew alone in the room."

It made people nervous, the waiting and uncertainty. They were more likely to slip up.

"I also want to know who found this out and left it here." Wyatt tapped a blunt finger on the article.

He'd ask Dave first. But Dave was more likely to find him and deliver it personally. More likely it was a blue flamer showing initiative and wanting to further their career. Of course it could be someone just loyal to the crown.

"Until we know that, this could be a set up. In that case I want to know why."

She nodded her head before standing up, giving him a quick kiss against his lips. "I have to go tell Toto that we'll reschedule his class." With that she slipped out of the room and walked quickly in the direction she needed to be, this was more important, figuring out who she really was.

She said nothing about that, she had been told by Lavender about that previously when the ball had taken place. When he asked about who she really was, her lips turned upwards in a slight smile as she turned the article around and pushed it in his direction, her finger resting above the image on the obituary.

"This, is me. I work for Lavender, same as most people in this castle." Andromache replied as she pulled her hand back and leaned into the seat once more, glancing towards the glass as the knocks came. "DG." She said simply, nodding once into the blank mirrored glass, her attention turning back towards Wyatt.

"Anymore obvious questions or are we done here?"

DG's taps meant there was no glamour or magic involved here.

He didn't blink when Andromache guessed who was behind the mirror. If they were thinking her the Fae, then a magic user would feel her out. Meaning one of the royal family and DG was closest to him.

Whether she was telling the truth about her identity or not, she was hiding something.

"Two questions, actually. If this is you, why fake your death? And is someone out to get you personally?"

Someone had left that article for him. Was it to call her out, to point her out, or to divert attention from something else?

The odds that it was someone genuinely trying to be helpful were slim. They would have handed the information to him personally, or sent it through messengers.

What she wouldn't give to actually be in that room with him, to ask her own questions, to maybe use her magic to find out what they wanted to know. It would be so much easier, she figured, but Wyatt had his own ways of figuring things out, but they didn't seem to really apply to Andromache. She trained Jeb and showed absolutely no mercy on him about it, and that was amusing but it proved something about her. She was hard to change, sway, and to scare.

Of course he would have more questions, and they were far from unpredictable. He naturally would come to that conclusion. "Look at the date," Andromache replied after a moment, her finger landing on top of the June 5th, 1600. "If I was faking a death, wouldn't it be in the correct century?"

This was beginning to wear on her patience, she had assumed that he might have a little more intelligence about this entire situation. Was it so impossible to realize what was staring him in the face? DO the math, look at the pictures, it wasn't a far leap.

Yet he seemed unwilling to believe that.
