NEKKID TIME IS EXAM TIME? ;; Compound somewherez ;; House & Caprica 6

After being released, Caprica 6 took the liberty of exploring the base on her own two feet. Well, Gaius was, of course, going to accompany her wherever those feet happen to take her, but still. Some thinking had to be good.. right? Heaving a sigh, she tried shoving her hands into oversized pockets--that seemed to work for humans, didn't it? ( Read more... )

Normally someone Caprica's size and weight wouldn't have made House budge, but she'd caught him off guard. The random jolt caused him to stumble and he quickly latched onto a nearby table in order to stabilize himself. His cane clattered to the ground.

True, Caprica 6 was hot, but even hotness didn't excuse stupidity.

Slowly House pried himself off of the table and reached for his cane. "Next time look both ways or I'll grab onto those instead." He nodded his head towards her chest.

"Oh my god," she sputtered, hands going for his arm, a genuine terror hijacking her features. "I'm so sorry."

Blue met blue, and she could swear there was a lightning storm. What was happening to her? And so help her, if Gaius said one word...

House's snarky exterior faltered for just a second when he noticed that look. The smallest of smirks curled his lip and then vanished.

"Hey- don't I know you from somewhere?" He said, feigning ignorance and putting a hand to his forehead. Then, he gave an over exaggerated 'ah yes' sort of gasp. "Oh, right. You're the girl that went bareback in solitary confinement. Sorry- I totally would have joined you but I get little butterflies when people watch."

Caprica 6 almost laughed, but she contained it, eyes still level with his. He was a little like Gaius... a lot like Gaius, really. So much so it was nearly undoing; certainly unnerving.

"Don't tell me you didn't enjoy it, Doctor." Her voice was low, sultry almost, and she knew Gaius was ruffled even without looking. Despite him, she smirked at the man before her, moving into his personal space. "Tell me I don't drive you mad," she hissed, inches from his ear.

"Caprica..." That warning tone, but Gaius would simply have to wait.

She was bold. But so was he.

House didn't move. Or even blink when that subtle smirk rose to his face again.

"Don't start anything you're not willing to go through with." He unabashedly placed a hand right on her fabulous rear. "Because I will."
