I was reading John Scalzi's Big Idea, a great place to find really good books to read. This one author, Sophie Littlefield, was saying that "It is a renaissance time for zombie-related literature," so much so, she had to think of something unique for her zombie book AFTERTIME.

Believe me, by the time the girls are trying to kill each other, sanitation will be the last thing on anyone's mind.

Anyway, the movie is super-cheesy and also totally hilarious. You can stream it on Netflix if you have an account.

Obviously ping-pong balls should be given the same thorough pre-cleaning as any other insertable toy.

Although I would guess Zombie physiology isn't as susceptible to dirt and germs as human...
