I tried contacting someone and they emailed me and said he wont get removed cause he hasnt done anything against the rules....hmm. I always thought harrassment was against the rules but, eh what do I know...

What kind of email service do you have? Cause that is definitely stalking and harrassing. Did you save the emails at all? This is why I am glad i have aol cause i can protect myself by blocking and when you report it to aol they do take it seriously.
