Over the past week I have made some extremely modest charges on my debit card: getting cash out of ATMs, topping up my mobile phone, and that is about it. It's probably a good deal less than I normally spend on it in the average week at home in London. But I am doing it in furrin partz, so I obviously Up To No Good.
