Feeling somewhat less dire, but not in any way well - even if I did make Major Expotition to the nearest pillar box, approx 3 short blocks away.

Maybe she did the therapy with a view to writing the book.

That does sound a depressingly plausible take on the whole thing. I suppose it beats making up a Misery Memoir.

I think you should be very proud of your three blocks.

I am feeling v. dismal about the whole still-sick thing myself, and am starting to entertain thoughts of going to see the doctor (well, looking back I've had something going on since 8 March. Though I suppose if it were pneumonia I'd be dead by now.)

If I don't feel significantly improved after the weekend, I'm going to see a doctor. Though honestly, if I'm well enough to to walk the mile or so to get there, I'm probably better anyway.

I broke down and went to see the doctor this morning, and it was probably a good idea since it was something that needs antibiotics.

I mean, I might get over it on my own eventually, but if I want to get out of bed in a meaningful way in the next couple of weeks....

Poor thing. Take care.

I love the piece on breast implants.

Sustaining thoughts sent your way. Alas the wireless connection will not convey soup and baked custard.

This has been the worst flu year in a while, it seems, both in terms of "worst flu" and "most people getting something nasty".
