Some considerable while ago (6 weeks? 2 months?) I emailed my editor to say please could they send these to work address? and got response that they had just gone out to my home address.

So I wait. And wait. No delivery, no card through door.

I don't believe that any publisher in existence even has an author database. Nor do they have a Rolodex. They have scraps of paper lovingly preserved in an ancient folder, and they always, always lose CoA's. I was getting fan mail forwarded to my old address five years after I moved away. It was fortunate that a friend of ours had bought the old house.
