Terms & Conditions for
axeclusive's sprees
A. Please post your orders accurately with the correct URLs/item names/prices, double, triple check. Orders with such errors may be rejected.
B. Please check if you have transferred the correct sum of money, and update payment with reference number in ONE COMMENT.
C. Please be prepared to pay any extra incurred costs, I will support with evidence if extra costs are incurred.
D. PAID ORDERS have priority over unpaid orders. If I have PAID ORDERS reaching to cap for spree, I will NOT accept your orders.
E. DO NOT repost more than 5 times, DO NOT cancel your order after you have paid. - refer to refund policy.
F. When spree is CLOSED, it means no more orders are to be posted nor payments made. --> I will refer you to my REFUND POLICY if you do so.
G. I reserve the right to, at my own discretion, reject & subsequently refund orders with wrong amount payment/orders from spree-ers with bad reputation. But I'll inform you and you'll know you're on my bad-reput list.
H. I take the responsibility to check and order your items accurately in the correct quantity and colour, if items do not arrive/are incorrect/arrive imperfect, I will not be held responsible. In cases like this, I do NOT do refunds.
I. I reserve the right to, at my own discretion, make decisions regarding shipping for the best benefit of everyone, and cancel/delay the spree in accordance to response of spree.
J. Updates are via EMAIL. I update once a week even when there are no updates.
K. Items that are not claimed after 4 weeks of arrival/emails will be confiscated/sold to other participants - if you need me to hold your items for more than 2 weeks, let me know in advance.
L. Handling fees for different sprees are different due to difference in amount of materials needed to pack items, it will not exceed $0.50.
M. Combination of postage is to be informed & stated clearly via email/at time of posting orders for 2nd/subsequent sprees; as long as before items' arrival.
N. Any special requests for special wrappings (postpacs/boxes) are to be informed via email before topping up shipping/local postage; such costs are to be borne by participants.
O. I am not responsible for damages incurred during transit to your house via mail; however I will ensure I pack all packages securely to minimize damage as far as possible.
P. Please do not join my spree then try to insinuate anything about me; I will not tolerate it. I don't mean you must treat me as always-correct, nor am I full of myself; I make mistakes too and am always grateful for understanding spree-ers who point them out to me genuinely nicely; it's just if you don't trust me, don't join my sprees.

Refund Policy -- as inspired by spacecadet_x
** I did not set a spree cap for fun, so if you exceeded my spree cap & still made payment, you've gotta wait for the refund, at my convenience.
** Do not email me requesting that I refund you earlier, because I do not see the point in it if you could have spent the money ordering items in my spree. I WILL REFUND YOU, but wait for it. I usually don't take longer than a week after spree closure to do so. If you email & bug me, even though I eventually will, but no promises as to when.
** I will not email you when the refund is made, but I will leave a comment in response to your order & delete it subsequently. Its your money & your responsibility to make sure you receive it back. Please bookmark the spree page and check back on your own.
