[Capa's sitting on the railing, with the camera facing out, towards the abyss. It's a very precarious little perch, but he's happily oblivious to the danger. Being out on the railing means that he'd be closer to the stars. And that is the most important thing.]

Not that I've observed. We can assume, or hope to assume, that whatever keeps the Barge safe from everything else out there might protect us from a star.

Even their deaths are breathtaking.
