By the way, not sure if this is a widely known trick, but if your Kindle is registered with another country's Amazon store, all you have to do is change the domain (.com -> .de for example) and you can get the ebook for free anyway. \o/

Ooh, right - you do that in your Kindle account settings? And then just set it back to the original one, after you downloaded the ebook?

No change of settings necessary, I just change the book url. So for Prodigal I changed http://www.amazon.com/dp/B006ZBE3OM to http://www.amazon.de/dp/B006ZBE3OM and was able to buy it for free and have it sent to my device. :)
