Russell loves to kill off main characters, so I sadly do believe it did it, I was just expecting it to be Rhys.

It made me angry to be honest. Every actor I like in a series gets killed off - Dom in LOST, Richard Armitage in Robin Hood and now GDL in Torchwood.
I think I'll give up on TV.

I just couldn't believe it. I'd read the spoiler early in the evening but I just... I was sobbing. I think I'm still in shock. (At least they haven't killed Daniel yet on Lost... probably because I've not been watching since after the break in S3! *sigh*

I don't watch Robin Hood any more, but thought Richard Armitage was the best thing in it and the only reason I might catch an episode in the future. Now I won't bother.

Didn't watch Lost, but was sorry when Dom's character was bumped off too early in the latest X-Men Wolverine film.

And now GDL :-( Too sad! There will soon be no one left but Capt Jack.

You have my sympathies re the reports! This time of year is insanely busy :-/ Oh yes, *roll on two weeks time*, I'm so excited for you who are going to NZ! Looking forward to hearing about it :-)

I haven't seen anything of 'Childen of Earth' yet, but of course I looked at some of the many spoiler posts flooding my flist tonight, and now I'm not sure I want to. HOW can they do this?! Way to chase the fans away, I say. Ugh. And I have no idea what (well, not in detail), or how, or why. But just, ugh. :(
