Actually, I think "rehab" can be a good thing, although I don't see how rehab for this type of thing works. I do think that people who are in alcohol or drug rehab can get benefit from it, and many do. This article makes the whole field seem ludicrous, which I don't believe it is. But it is very fashionable for celebs to duck into rehab these days. How much they get out of it depends on how much they put into it, I suppose.

Oh yes, I don't think the author is slamming rehab overall, but just the Hollywood craze with it - as if rehab can cure everything. It really seems many celebs only go once they get massive public disapproval for something, as if that alone undoes what they've said/done.

I'm just really clueless about what on earth going to rehab for being an asshole is going to accomplish. Other than saving his job.
