Clean & Simple

I moved into a new one-bedroom apartment this past April with my bf. Here is what it currently looks like. It's nothing fancy; just plain and simple. After viewing several posts from other people, I feel like my apartment is empty and I need more stuff! Since I'm a neat/clean-freak, I love how organized my place is and that it's clutter-free. Thank you! It's actually less than half of my collection (I still have a bookcase at my parent's house). These are just the books that belong to my bf or that I'm currently reading. I'm planning to do a seperate post of my old bedroom, so stay tuned. :)

I LOVE the obsessive neatness. And even though you might feel it's 'empty' 'compared to others' places, stick with what makes you feel comfortable...the clean, spare and simple look is a very elegant look. I LOVE the organization you have.

Thanks! Yeah, I totally agree. I keep my place organized and simple because it makes me feel happy/content. It also means I have less to clean! :)

I like how clean everything looks! I see what you mean about wanting more decor, but you can do that without feeling cluttered. Just get interesting furniture and let that be your decor, or get a few more posters and have only one per wall =)
