I am redoing my bedroom and wanted some opinions on my bed setup. My bedroom furniture is black and so I have done a black, gray and white color scheme.
So two questions: -How would this comforter look with this bed frame:

As for the comforter... I don't really know about that floral print with the bedframe you chose. It *could* work, but personally, I wouldn't go that route. The frame itself is very geometric. I'd stick to bigger prints, something solid or textured/striped and keep the floral prints for decorative pillows. The sheets pattern would world great with the bedframe though.
Red is a good accent color for monotones. I also have been seeing a lot of Yellow with black, gray and white. Any accent color you like would work, really.
It's not personally to my taste because I think the duvet is too busy. Add a super busy pattern to a complex headboard and it gets even more chaotic.
Red would work for an accent color but for me, I like bedrooms to be calm. I'd go with a light blue, yellow, or lavender. I actually really like the colors in the first photo.
I think the print on the comforter is too busy on its own, but even more so paired with that geometric headboard. I'd go with something simpler.
As for accent color... I feel like red is so expected, but if that's what you like, go for it! I'd go with a cooler color like turquoise or mint green.

Again, just my opinion.

I know a lot of people do red with black and white, but I think gold would be a nice mix. Not a bright King Midas gold, but a warm beige-y gold. :]

Also, I'm going to second the yellow suggestion for your accent!
Some examples of that color scheme
