20 essays! OMG. That's a lot of essays to write. I wouldn't have to write any for my college applications (I'm only applying to Australian universities), but whoa, your application process sounds like a really annoying one. Good luck with them! I hope you get into the ones you want to :)

Senior year is being such a bitch to me. I have homework daily, too, so I can relate :) Just think about what we'll have after these four months. ♥

Sherlock Holmes is pretty good. Haven't watched Avatar (heard the graphics are good, but the movie is too long) and I really, really want to watch Valentine's Day :)

Yeah, they weren't like super long essays of like 800 words or something, but it's a pain to finish them all. >_< Haha yeah, it's pretty complicated, but at least the colleges get to know us a lot, so I think we get a fair shot at each one of them. ^_^

I applied to 11 colleges. (Yeah, hence the 20 essays >_<) Among them, some pretty well-known ones are probably Harvard, Stanford, Cornell, U Chicago, Duke... How about you?

I know! Same here, the teachers don't seem to get that we are seniors and we totally don't care. -sigh- I have a bad case of senioritis here. >_<

Oh, wow. I don't like super long essays, but I guess I'm used to it. For an assignment I had to write 4000 words for an essay once :)

I haven't applied to any, actually, but I'll definitely try Melbourne University, Sydney U, UNSW, and the likes ;)
There's a chance that I can't take the July intake, so I'll have to wait a few months until February 2011 to start university. Like graduation, I also have mixed feelings about this :|

Oh wow, I don't remember how many words my 15 page lit paper is, but that's the longest I've every written -.-'' ...fully inflated with quotes not to mention...

Oh I see, do they have a deadline or something? here the deadline was all pretty much Jan 1, so my nov and dec were all college app days >_<
actually, I can't wait to go to college, I'm just so sick of the homework aspect of high school now... haha
