Hello everyone! I'm here to announce the next round of ouran_lims! :D If we can get more than 10 people started up in this round then the round can begin. If not, then this community will probably close indefinitely. Alright? So there's no theme for this round other than the standard rules. If you have read this statement put roses within the message portion of your comment. The round will begin either on November 9, 2009 or when we get 15 people signed up.
