A Scandal in Belgravia Missing Scene

I am looking for what can be termed as any missing scene fics for A Scandal in Belgravia, specifically anything that expands on the part where we see Sherlock save
[spoilers if you haven't seen it yet]
Irene's life and what happened immediately following that? I'm sure I'm not the only one who wonders how he was there in Pakistan dressed as the terrorist executioner just as it looked

The only one I know off the top of my head is actually a Sherlock/John story. It gives Sherlock a motive for helping Irene and a rather different ending, but I enjoyed it. It's called Rectification by yalublyutebya and can be found here: http://yalublyutebya.livejournal.com/13492.html.

Francesca Wayland's "Neither an Officer nor a Gentleman" does the rescue scene and takes it from there into a story of the ensuing days and what happens between Sherlock and Irene. On phone so can't give you the URL but it's at AO3. (There's another author who's just winding up an angry, sad post-Reichenbach series with these 2 that I really love - not that I can remember the name right now [again, phone] - but that's not what you asked for.)

Sorry! Try Francesca_Wayland for author's name; another story by her is near the top of the "Sherlock (TV)" tag list at AO3. The other series is by solojones, also at AO3, and is called, I believe, "What He Likes." You'll want to read it in order.
