I do have access to the episodes in French. Also, I'm not a runner, so I'm pretty easy to hunt. If you need my help, I'm here :-)

I seem to have been hearing that when John breaks down at the cemetery, where we got 'Just stop this' the French is saying something about it not being funny (ce n'est pas drole).

I also think I heard something earlier about him calling Sherlock a child (when we got 'sometimes I didn't even think you were human). That was too fast for me to do anything else with.

You were right; John does tell Sherlock that he's not funny when he's practically begging him to come back (French!Sherlock would most likely get punched by French!John after the hiatus). As for John calling Sherlock a child, it didn't happen in this scene. That part was pretty much the same thing as in the original version ( ... )
