mine would be Fatal Frame 2. Its not my favorite, but it is up there. I have beat it over 12 times.

I watched someone play that once. I'm not good with survival horror. It's not that they're difficult, but I don't really like being put in the role of having to survive a realistic death. Like with most RPGs, sure, there's a chance a boss or accidentally wandering into an area with big baddies will potentially result in the game over screen. But it's all just fantasy in my head like, LOL A DRAGON JUST ATE ME. Or, LOL I WAS JUST BLOWN AWAY BY A PLASMA RAY. Survival horror makes dogs tear you apart or zombies eat your face or has you running around facing really pissed off ghosts with only a camera.

I love being psychologically fucked and FF2 is so good at this. I love survival horror. ♥
