This is amazing, dear anonymous writer. Thank you so much!! I love all the insight into Regina's mindset, how she's trying to be altruistic and that she's bothering to get therapy. I love how complicated the set-up was and how I didn't know what was going to happen until it was there in the end.

Regina's broken-heartedness at Henry's mistrust was so poignant!

His question didn’t hold the judgment and rancor she’d grown so used to.

It felt like a new beginning.

I really adore this. Regina hating the hospital's cheap sheets, the details of smell....(smell so often gets ignored in fics). This is glorious and you write it so very very well. Thank you!!

Hi! I'm so glad you liked the set up and didn't think it was really sneaky of me to bury the lead like that. Getting into Regina's head is something I worked really hard on so it means a lot that you thought I did a good job.

I think at this point the only thing capable of giving Regina any true emotion besides anger is Henry so I need to utilize him a lot.

Regina seems like the type to be a judgmental snob and I love that about her. I plan to have her turning her nose up at a lot of things.

Also, I want to apologize for not completing this in one shot. I'm practically incapable of not turning prompts into multi chapter stories. It was going to be completely AU from 2x09 but canon is being very agreeable to me. I will finish it soon though. :D
