This is your time to truly cling to Jesus and let him be your everything. He will take away that loneliness if you let him and he will be your all in all. Singleness is a TRUE blessing and you need to see that. You can do so much more for God than you can with someone in your life.... such as the examples you gave.... who are they consumed by? Let me ask you.... Who do you want to be consumed by? God will not give you that someone.... the REAL someone.... until you stop focusing on it so much. I love you so much bro and I want you to overcome this loneliness thought process..... You are so blessed and sometimes I don't think you see that.
This is where God ALWAYS gets me when He wants me to focus on Him, and learn to make HIM my best friend. I know it sucks though, feeling lonely is horrific. I feel lonely sometimes, and I have great friends. Just don't let loneliness affect your relationship with God....let it FURTHER your relationship with the Lord. I'm sorry you are having a crappy time of it, it does happen....usually a lot...but I wish you could see the greater picture in all of this Josh-because I think that I can-and I honestly believe that God has greater things for you, and I see Him using all of these crappy things for His good. I see SO MUCH MORE IN YOU than I do in 98% of people....grab ahold of it b/c you are AWESOME........
hey, I was gonna write somethin' until I read Jess & Libby's and realized they said everything I was thinkin to say...so for my comment just...read Jess and Libby's again! lol. And Josh you are completely awesome! It seems you're going through tests of patience...but ya kow what? I know you're a conqueror already and I believe that soon you will be standing on top of this mountain. THEN...(and this is the great part)...God is able to give you the desires of your heart.
